Bus Passenger wins whiplash claim

Our client was a passenger on a bus that had to brake to avoid a collision. There was initially confusion as to which was the correct bus service however we were aggressive with our investigations and were ultimately successful.  Liability was initially denied however we were able to show that the bus driver had not given a safe stopping distance which is what caused the sudden break.

The client suffered whiplash type symptoms and we managed to get an award for her in excess of £2,000.
