Pedestrian knocked down

We were recently instructed on behalf of a Claimant who was run over whilst she was crossing the road.  She sustained potentially life changing injuries, sustaining fractures to her neck and back that required surgical stabilisation.

After obtaining medical evidence we entered in to negotiations, with the matter settling on a full liability basis in the sum of £50,000, including a claim for loss of earnings.
