Successful trip claim against Housing Group

Malcolm Horner acted for a client who was walking in the Salford area when he tripped in an area not adopted by the council.

Enquiries proved that responsibility for area lay with local housing group. Photographic evidence was important and also the evidence of local residents.

Court proceedings commenced and primary liability was eventually accepted by solicitors acting on behalf of housing group and after 2 medical examinations and MRI scan, case settled for £11,000 plus costs.
