Successful Trip Claim made against Land Owner

Malcolm Horner a senior solicitor with over 30 years experience recently pursued a case for a client who fell into a hole outside a large public house in Stretford, Manchester one evening in December 2016. The land where she fell was unadopted and the claim was pursued against the owner who was indemnified by his house insurance. After persuasive arguments we managed to obtain an award which the client was delighted with.
