Our Firm
McHale Legal Ltd is based in Altrincham with an additional office in Heywood. We provide a broad range of Legal services for both the business industry and private clients. We pride ourselves on our ‘can do’ approach to our clients’ needs and our ability to offer support and advice.
Who we are looking for
A qualified Solicitor ideally experienced in private client work although we would consider a Solicitor looking to retrain in this field. Full time preferred but part time would be considered.
You will need to have experience in face to face client meetings a full driving licence and be a car owner.
The role
The role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs within a structured process. Making recommendations, preparing bespoke Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Declaration of Trust documents, ensuring they are accurate and meet the clients personalised requirements. There is a strong admin team to support you.
Although based in our Altrincham office you will also meet clients in their homes, care homes, hospitals and at our Heywood office so it’s important you are flexible and able to manage your own diary.
You will be also be required to take part in some business development activities.
