Phillippa graduated from De Montford University Leicester in 1990 and subsequently received an honours award from Christleton College of Law, Chester.

Phillippa has a 29 year career in land and property law, leading new build teams and property finance departments, providing comprehensive guidance on acquisitions and disposals of land and property.

Phillippa has a comprehensive understanding of the energy sector in the UK. Her caseload includes acting for gas transporters, electricity distribution network operators and utility infrastructure providers. Current projects include off shore wind farms, solar farms and biomethane farms. Phillippa also acts in Leases and Easements for national utility companies with developers, housing associations, housebuilders, Local Authorities and other third parties. Recently Phillippa has acted in the following projects:

Phillippa’s favourite place is the Welsh hills where she and her family spend most of their spare time shredding mountain bike trails while staying in their motorhome.
