Alastair is an experienced litigator with over 10 years’ experience supporting clients with personal injury matters.

He acts for Claimants across a wide range of matters, including:

• Accidents at work
• Accidents in public and private spaces (including claims against local authorities, councils and private landowners)
• Sporting injuries
• Product liability claims (defective products that cause injury)

His caseload spans everything from minor injury claims to complex, high-value matters involving serious injuries and substantial financial losses, including future loss of earnings and pension.

Alastair also advises businesses facing injury claims (as Defendants), particularly where insurance cover is absent, inadequate, or where indemnity has been declined for a specific incident.

Away from work, Alastair enjoys flying light aircraft and mountaineering. He has climbed several of Europe’s highest Alpine peaks and hopes to set foot on the summit of the Matterhorn in the coming years…
