Susie joined the Private Client team in 2022 and specialises in Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.  She really enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them make the right Will for their individual circumstances.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2001, Susie originally specialised in commercial property and then had three children and took a career break. Part of this involved becoming a parent-carer and her daughter’s advocate in the complex world of special educational needs and disability.  This led to a series of part time roles, including five years as a specialist teaching assistant.  On her return to the law, she wanted to re-focus and work with individuals and families. Joining the Wills team was the perfect opportunity and she loves her current role.

Outside of work, Susie enjoys quality family time, walking (especially in the countryside), reading, writing and really good TV/films.
