• advising, drafting and serving effective section 21 and section 8 notices to evict tenants;

• commencing Court proceedings to recover possession of your property and outstanding rent;

• instructing a Chartered Structural Surveyor to produce a report on damage the tenant has caused and recovering the cost of the damage.

As we act regularly for landlords, we can advise you on whether your landlord has grounds to evict you from the property and has complied with the procedural requirements to do so.
