Road Traffic Collision – Settlement Reached

Jack Wright is an apprentice at McHale & Co and has worked here since April 2016. Jack has recently settled a case for a client who was lawfully driving on a roundabout and ready to make an exit when a third party collided with the rear of the client’s vehicle causing the client to suffer injury, loss and damage. Jack took the case to Court and the Court awarded in our clients favour and the client was delighted with the settlement.
