Successful Claim for Cyclist

We were instructed to bring a claim on behalf of a 16 year old boy who was knocked off his bike by a car on a roundabout.

The Defendant admitted liability and we settled the claim for approximately £4,000, including recovery of the repair costs to the bike and ruined clothing.
