Mr I. worked for a number of industrial companies during his career and developed pulmonary disease in his 60’s. We traced the causing factors back to as early as the 1970’s . He was diagnosed with the disease in the autumn of 2015 but it took some time to identify the correct defendants of the several firms he worked for. After the issuing of Court proceedings the 2 defendants then conferred and put forward a combined offer to settle which was accepted. Industrial disease type claims are notoriously long winded however we are experts in this field. The client was delighted with Malcolm Horner’s efforts, Head of the Personal Injury Department.
