Joy has been part of the McHale & Co team since 2021 when she first joined the residential conveyancing department.  A few years later, she decided that she wanted a new challenge and knew that her passion was to help those who wanted to provide a legacy after they pass away.  Thereafter she grew into the role of a Legal Advisor in Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney, which has been such an incredibly rewarding role for her. Not only does she advise clients on the content of their Will and what trusts (if any) are most appropriate, she also provides them with peace of mind that their wishes have been recorded and will be fulfilled in the best way possible after they pass away.  This is such a huge achievement of hers and she absolutely loves working with new clients and existing ones. Don’t forget that she also does Lasting Powers of Attorney too which are just as important.

In 2022, her biggest achievement and one that I she is most proud of is becoming a wife (as soppy as that may sound) but it has always been a dream of hers to find ‘the one’ and start a family.  In April 2023, they recently got their pup called Charlie and who is known as part of the McHale’s team as, “my shadow”.  He keeps us on our toes in the office and loves going out for walks and finding big sticks!  She loves taking him out as well as having some ‘me’ time such as the usual girly things like shopping, restaurants, watching movies and spending time with the family.  As you can probably guess, her favourite colour is also pink, and is a HUGE Disney fan! (Mini mouse all the way!).
