Lindsay qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 having studied at Aberystwyth University and the College of Law Guildford (as it was then called).

She joined McHale & Co as a Solicitor in the private client department in December 2024 and has achieved the STEP Certificate in the Administration of Trusts and Estates and the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation.

Having spent most of her career working as commercial lawyer, including 14 years working in-house for a University, Lindsay wanted a new challenge and now specialises in the administration of estates.

In her spare time, Lindsay helps run a local cat charity and cares for foster cats until they find their forever homes. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and her own cats.
