Luke joined McHale & Co. in 2018 and have held a variety of roles within the firm but now hold the position of Relationship Manager.

“What does a Relationship Manager do?” I hear you ask. Good question. It is essentially a hybrid role that encompasses Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Communication (and everything in between), helping the Partners and Directors grow the McHale brand. He is passionate about building long lasting, mutually beneficially relationships with clients and partner businesses.

Outside of work, Luke has a 3 year old and a newborn who keep him extremely busy but when he is able, he enjoys a game of golf and all things fitness related.
