Partner
Marta expertly handles all aspects of residential conveyancing at McHale & Co Solicitors, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of both freehold and leasehold properties. Her work also encompasses more complex matters such as new build purchases, transfers of part, leasehold transactions, auction properties, and first registrations of land.
As a proud advocate for the Polish community in the UK, she regularly publishes informative legal articles in Polish, helping readers navigate property transactions and related legal matters in a clear and practical way.
She qualified as a solicitor in February 2015 and brings extensive experience in residential conveyancing and private client matters. After completing her law degree at the University of Kent, she began her legal career as a paralegal in criminal law, primarily handling prison law matters. In 2013, she secured a training contract with a respected High Street firm in Kent, where she gained valuable experience in residential conveyancing and private client work. She quickly found her passion in residential property and has since dedicated her practice to supporting clients through their transactions with practical advice and strong attention to detail.
Her commitment to supporting clients and the wider community was recognised in 2011 when she received the prestigious Fairweather Award for her contribution to the Kent Law Clinic, assisting with right of way disputes, employment matters, and family law cases.
