Paul is a Chartered Legal Executive in the personal injury department, handling claims arising out of road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public places. Paul has over 30 years in dealing with claims having started in a Defendant background. He has defended claims throughout his career though is now predominantly a Claimant lawyer with 25 years litigation experience.

He has extensive experience of claims involving serious injuries and recently settled a claim in which a passenger suffered life changing injuries. Liability was disputed with a contributory negligence reduction and the claim was compromised at £330,000.00. He has also dealt with a claim in which the claimant suffered a partial amputation to his thumb and received £250,000.

Paul has also recently assisted in the outstanding Group Rugby Litigation Action

Paul accepts claims on a no win no fee basis or before the event insurance matters. He is approachable and has an eye for detail to achieve maximum settlements for his clients.

In his spare time Paul plays golf at Shrigley Hall GC, a keen runner to Marathon distance and tries to attend twenty concerts per year of different genres.
