We collect Your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you if you win a prize in our event draw
  • To send you email newsletters, promotions, or updates (only if you have opted in to receive them)

We will only use Your Personal Data for the purposes you have agreed to.

We rely on your consent as the lawful basis for processing Your Personal Data for marketing and prize notification.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at mch@mchaleandco.co.uk or replying ‘STOP’ to any of our marketing emails, following which we will delete Your Personal Data from our mailing list.

  1. How we store and protect Your Personal Data

We take appropriate steps to protect Your Personal Data and keep it secure.

Data collected on paper forms will be stored securely and transferred to a secure and password protected electronic system.

You can change your details or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at mch@mchaleandco.co.uk, following which we will delete Your Personal Data from our mailing list.

We will retain Your Personal Data for up to 12 months and will contact you 12 months after the event to check that you still wish to hear from us. If we do not hear from you 14 days after we contact you, we will delete Your Personal Data from our mailing list.

You, the ‘Data Subject’, have the right to ask for a report which explains what we are doing with your data. This is called a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). Any reports of this type will be produced within one month from the date of request. You can request this by contacting us using the details in the ‘Who we are’ section.

You also have the right to restrict the processing of Personal Data, having Personal Data rectified as well as the right to Personal Data portability.
