Securing a Gas Supply Easement for a Caravan Park

In a recent engagement, our team acted on behalf of a regional gas transporter to secure a Deed of Grant of Easements for gas supply to a Caravan Park in Carlisle. The transaction was complicated by a change in the park’s ownership amidst the process, alongside the potential for delays due to the Land Registry’s existing backlog. Despite these challenges, collaboration between the two sets of  land owners solicitors and ourselves enabled us to  manage these challenges. By working carefully with all parties involved, we expedited the process, ensuring a timely and successful completion. The case highlights the ability to manage and overcome obstacles, reinforcing our dedication to achieving our clients’ objectives with efficiency and professionalism.
