Jenny Meadows Seminar

On Sunday 3rd November, former World Championship medallist and Olympian Jenny Meadows held a seminar and training session for the U15 and U13 girls who compete for Altrincham and District Athletics Club. The session was sponsored by McHale & Co Solicitors and Jenny shared her experience and wisdom with the girls. The key messages were train hard and enjoy yourself. The girls certainly took lots of ideas away from the day and we hope they took on board Jenny’s valuable advice and insight.
