Our Specialist Team

David Burke, Solicitor – has been helping people move home since he qualified in 1975, dealing with both residential and commercial transactions. Everyone here benefits from David’s extensive experience as there isn’t much in the property world that he hasn’t advised on.

Stephanie Mellor, Solicitor – another dedicated and experienced conveyancer with 10 years’ experience, who takes pride in clear communication, attention to detail, and timely execution. Always calm under pressure and willing to talk, allowing you to make informed decisions with confidence.

Joanne Daly, Specialist Conveyancer – has been advising on residential conveyancing transactions for over 20 years and joined McHale & Co during 2023 from a large city-centre firm. Job satisfaction comes from confidently navigating clients through their property transactions helping them take the next step on their home or property-owning journey.

Jessica Senior, Trainee Solicitor – working alongside and supporting both Stephanie Mellor and Joanne Daly, Jessica has developed a passion to help clients through their home buying and selling experience since joining our team in 2022. Persistent, with a smile, to always keep everyone moving along and on track.

Michelle Jones, Conveyancing Assistant – Working hand-in-hand with Stephanie Mellor, her wealth of experience in dealing with all residential property transactions shines through. Maki Kucharova, Multi-lingual Conveyancing Assistant – working closely with David Burke to deal with all aspects of residential and commercial property matters. Maki has built up an excellent relationship with some of our longest standing clients, with clear jargon-free communication that enables clients to stay on track and make informed decisions with confidence.

Marta Grzelak, Partner & Multi-lingual Solicitor – Partner at McHale & Co since 2013 and named the UK’s Polish Businesswoman of the Year 2014, Marta is a specialist conveyancer for clients in the Polish community, speaking fluent Polish, English and Italian to put all of her clients at ease.
