Richard is an experienced Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of injury litigation.  Richard trained and qualified at a large Manchester personal injury firm, working in positions of management and supervision, with responsibility for running departments, before becoming a Partner in a Manchester City Centre practice, being headhunted to run a department for an international law firm, in their Manchester office, then a Cheshire niche personal injury practice before moving on to run his own, successful firm as a sole practitioner for 10 years.

Richard has experience of assisting clients with claims arising out of road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public places, industrial deafness, sports and recreation and a wide experience of medical and dental negligence claims.

Richard has experience of claims involving serious injuries and has dealt with all types of claims, from the small value, through to £1,000,000+ claims, providing each client with a high quality, personal and friendly service, with full attention to detail, and an empathetic approach to his work.  Richard’s aim is to provide high end client care, and the maximum level of compensation you are entitled to, in as swift and straight forward a manner as is possible.

Away from the office, Richard is family oriented, and a football fanatic.  He enjoys travel, cars, music and cooking.
